Chief Financial Officer

Based in Saudi Arabia, with a development hub in Egypt, iGate is building the region’s leading deep tech and venture infrastructure.

 

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and execution-oriented Chief Financial Officer to join our executive leadership team. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, investment structuring, fundraising strategy, and compliance, playing a vital role in our upcoming capital raise and IPO in the Saudi Parallel Market (Nomu).

 

· Lead financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and scenario analysis aligned with iGate’s growth and investment strategy.

· Design and lead equity and debt fundraising efforts, including investor relations and pitch material.

· Prepare iGate for listing in the Nomu market including due diligence, governance, and compliance processes.

· Oversee budgeting, cash flow, accounting, and reporting processes with full P&L responsibility.

· Ensure financial compliance, internal controls, risk management, and audit readiness.

· Build and lead the finance team, working closely with other executive leaders across tech, investment, and operations.

 

· Proven experience as CFO or senior finance executive in a startup, tech, VC, or holding company.

· Deep understanding of Saudi financial regulations, CMA requirements, and IPO processes.

· Strong background in fundraising, financial modeling, VC/PE transactions, and valuation.

· Fluent in English and Arabic.

· Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh.

 

· Experience with Nomu IPO or capital markets in Saudi Arabia.

· Experience in managing multi-arm business structures (e.g., tech + investment arms).

· Prior background in VC-backed startups, fintech, or infrastructure SaaS is a plus.

· CMA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent is preferred.
