Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Human Resources Specialist to support the growth and culture of IGate. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Execute full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  2. Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with Saudi labor laws.
  3. Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
  4. Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  5. Support learning and development initiatives across all IGate platforms.
  6. Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management.
  7. Coordinate with payroll and finance for accurate compensation processing.
  8. Support strategic HR initiatives aligned with company growth and innovation objectives.
  9. Contribute to building IGate’s unique company culture.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a startup or innovation-driven environment.
  3. Solid knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Fluent in Arabic and English.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., Menaitech, Bayzat, or others).
  7. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  8. High level of discretion and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent).
  • Experience with performance management frameworks.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting.
