Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Human Resources Specialist to support the growth and culture of IGate. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with Saudi labor laws.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Support learning and development initiatives across all IGate platforms.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management.
- Coordinate with payroll and finance for accurate compensation processing.
- Support strategic HR initiatives aligned with company growth and innovation objectives.
- Contribute to building IGate’s unique company culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a startup or innovation-driven environment.
- Solid knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., Menaitech, Bayzat, or others).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent).
- Experience with performance management frameworks.
- Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting.
