Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Microsoft Dynamics 365 Implementation Expert to lead the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across various business functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering to post-implementation support—ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and alignment with business objectives.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, Sales, etc.)
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules based on business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, sales, and IT to ensure smooth deployment
  • Develop implementation plans, timelines, and training documentation
  • Provide user training and ongoing support post-implementation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Dynamics 365 systems
  • Ensure data migration, integration, and reporting are handled effectively
  • Keep up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and best practices
  • Manage change requests and enhancements with proper documentation and testing
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 (Functional Consultant or Solution Architect certifications preferred)
  • Proven track record of successful end-to-end ERP implementations
  • Strong knowledge of business processes in finance, supply chain, and customer service
  • Experience in data migration, system integration, and user training
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred)
