Brand Leadership:
Own and evolve IGate’s visual identity across all platforms, campaigns, and media. Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.

Creative Direction:
Lead the ideation and execution of creative assets for digital, print, social media, investor decks, events, and physical spaces (e.g., accelerator locations or venture showcases).

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, venture studio, and executive teams to align visual storytelling with strategic goals and user experience.

Content Oversight:
Direct external creative partners, agencies, and freelancers when needed. Review and approve design work to ensure quality and consistency.

Innovation-Focused Design:
Develop visual frameworks for showcasing startups, MVPs, pitch decks, innovation reports, and venture branding under IGate’s umbrella.

Asset Production:
Manage the production of high-impact brand and communication materials, including but not limited to social media content, presentations, UI mockups, brochures, videos, and event visuals.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (Master’s is a plus).

6+ years of experience in design/art direction, preferably in a tech, startup, or innovation-focused environment.

Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development and multichannel creative leadership.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and visual collaboration tools.

Experience in motion graphics and video is a strong plus.

Familiarity with startup culture, innovation frameworks, or venture ecosystems is highly desirable.

Strong communication, leadership, and storytelling skills in both English and Arabic (preferred).
